Electrician – Warehouse & Facilities Maintenance

This position is for an EXPERIENCED Electrician who has worked in a commercial or industrial setting, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or electronics environment. Reagan Wireless has been operating in South Florida for over 27 years and maintains a 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Deerfield Beach. We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and safety-conscious Electrician to manage electrical maintenance and upgrades across our facility.

You must have hands-on experience with commercial electrical systems, troubleshooting, panel work, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, understand the urgency of operational uptime, and be able to work independently or alongside contractors and internal teams. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required.

1st year salary will range between $65K and $85K, depending on your experience, certifications, and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time and On-site. NO REMOTE WORK!

Salary: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all electrical systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair wiring, lighting, outlets, breakers, and power systems.

  • Install new electrical systems as needed for office or warehouse expansion.

  • Work with HVAC, generator, and backup power systems.

  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse management to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain logs of work performed and materials used.

  • Report directly to Facilities or Executive Management on job progress and issues.

Qualifications and Must Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial Electrician.

  • Valid Florida Electrician License or Journeyman certification.

  • Deep understanding of commercial wiring, panels, breakers, and code compliance.

  • Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.

  • Must be organized, punctual, and self-motivated.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.

  • Must speak, read, and write in English. Spanish is a plus.

  • References from previous employers required.

Welder – Warehouse Fabrication & Equipment Repair

​

This position is for an EXPERIENCED Welder who has worked in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Reagan Wireless has been operating in South Florida for over 27 years and maintains a 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Deerfield Beach. We are looking for a dependable and skilled Welder to handle custom fabrication, repairs, and maintenance of metal equipment and infrastructure throughout our warehouse.

You must have hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, along with a strong understanding of metal fabrication, safety standards, and equipment repair. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and able to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Spanish is a plus but not required.

1st year salary will range between $55K and $75K, depending on your experience and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding and fabrication for repairs, upgrades, and new installations.

  • Repair metal racks, carts, pallets, tables, and custom warehouse fixtures.

  • Fabricate brackets, guards, or custom parts as needed for operational use.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

  • Maintain welding tools and ensure safe work practices at all times.

  • Work closely with Facilities and Inventory teams to support warehouse needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

  • Report directly to Facilities or Executive Management on job status and needs.

Qualifications and Must Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience in a commercial or industrial setting.

  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.

  • Familiarity with metal cutting tools (grinders, plasma cutters, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements.

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings.

  • Must be reliable, self-directed, and physically capable of warehouse work.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Spanish is a plus.

General Construction – Warehouse & Facility Projects

This position is for an EXPERIENCED General Construction Worker who has worked in commercial or industrial environments, preferably within warehouses, logistics centers, or manufacturing facilities. Reagan Wireless has been operating in South Florida for over 27 years and maintains a 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Deerfield Beach. We are looking for a hands-on, dependable, and skilled construction worker to assist with a variety of facility build-outs, repairs, and improvements.

You must have experience in general construction, including carpentry, drywall, framing, light plumbing, painting, and basic electrical. The ideal candidate will be versatile, hard-working, and take pride in delivering clean, safe, and durable results. Spanish is a plus but not required.

1st year salary will range between $50K and $70K, depending on your experience and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with warehouse build-outs, remodels, and general facility maintenance.

  • Perform framing, drywall installation and repair, and light carpentry.

  • Handle light plumbing tasks (e.g., sinks, fixtures, water lines).

  • Support basic electrical work (e.g., outlet installation, fixture replacement).

  • Paint, patch, and maintain office and warehouse interiors/exteriors.

  • Safely use construction tools and materials.

  • Coordinate with the Facilities Manager and other departments as needed.

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites with minimal disruption to operations.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general construction or facility maintenance.

  • Proficiency in basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and light plumbing/electrical.

  • Ability to safely operate power tools, ladders, and hand tools.

  • Must be reliable, physically fit, and able to lift 50+ lbs.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Spanish is a plus.
