Phone Testers – Quality Control & Mobile Device Inspection

This position is for Phone Testers who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to ensure that mobile devices meet the highest quality standards. Our business has been operating in South Florida for over 27 years. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required; fluency in English is mandatory. Only apply if you are dependable, follow instructions well, and can perform repetitive tasks accurately. References required.

Compensation: $14 – $19 per hour, with higher pay for bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish.

Reagan Wireless is a global leader in the secondary market for cell phones and accessories, based in Deerfield Beach, FL. Our 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse is attached to our corporate offices, where our team works to test and inspect devices before they reach customers.

We are seeking Phone Testers who are willing to learn, follow procedures, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Test and inspect mobile devices to ensure full functionality

• Follow detailed instructions and testing procedures consistently

• Identify, document, and report any issues or defects accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet workspace

• Support the production team with day-to-day quality control tasks

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

• Willingness to learn and problem solve

• Comfortable sitting or standing for long periods of time

• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude

• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly valued
