To initiate the buying process, we kindly ask you to submit our New Customer Application along with the required documentation. Your application will be processed within one to three business days.
For new customers, our minimum order requirements are: 10-piece minimum order or $1,000 USD in accessories.
We offer a 30-day warranty on all cellphones, tablets, and smartwatches, including Grade A, B, and C, covering functionality only (cosmetics are not included). There are no warranties for accessories.
The warranty starts when you receive your order, to ensure you receive the items as described.
All our devices undergo thorough functional testing, ensuring that previous data has been erased. They are also cleaned, visually inspected, and graded based on our rigorous grading criteria.
The power button is fully functional, and the devices turn on seamlessly without any issues. The touchscreen of the devices is in optimal working condition, remaining intact with no cracks.
Grade A: Phones in excellent cosmetic condition, very little sign of use.
Grade B: Mild use.
Grade C: Heavy use.
For new customers, payments must be made via wire transfer. Once you become a recurring customer, we can offer you various payment alternatives.
